Very frustrating experience. The moon globe took 5-weeks to arrive at our home. It finally arrived last week - missing the electrical plug and adapter to power the device. I sent an email to your support team asking for a power cable and adapter plug to be mailed to me, priority mail. That was 7-days ago. I’ve received zero response from your company. The device is unusable if I can’t power it or plug it in. I wouldn’t have bought from you if I knew that this would be the experience. -LB

We ordered 2 noon lights. One of them came broken and missing a remote. The other has all the pieces and works except the remote.
Kids disappointed. Parents disappointed.
Sent email and now waiting for response. Pretty sure they’ll ask me to ship it all back. Not actually worth paying shipping across the ocean.

In a wild delight, all colors and modes work from the remote (still the color can be switched by touching the charging place on the moon itself), quality at the level, I will order as a gift. Included: stand, remote (with batteries, so everything works at once), wire for charging. I'm crazy! Seller recommend!)
